There are many rows of offices among the floors consisting of many little cubicles where detectives and other officers or staff to the island once worked daily. [/i][/center]

William sat in the office of the former Chief Administrator of Rockstone Island Police Headquarters.
He smoked a cuban cigar and was resting his feet up on the desk relaxing. There were not many zombies on the island where they could get him to be worried at all.
He wondered how his troops were doing with the orders he had last given out to them and wondering if there were anymore survivors.
He knew even if he found survivors there was no way he could let the truth be revealed as it was all part of top secret government research for medical equipment they were going to use for their military.
He took a large puff of his cigar and let the smoke run up his face and into the stale office air.
Most of the windows had been smashed in or had bullet-holes and there were many blood stains smeared up walls and across desks. He had ordered his men to remove the bodies and ditch them into the ocean so they would not rot and begin to smell up the newly formed base. He had not heard from any of his men in a while now as he had sent the last of the men out to explore the prison system or the main land.
He didn't care about being alone, he much prefered when noone was around.

William remembered sending out the Government sanctioned Mercenary to find the keys to the prison cells and to find out the situation on the marines he sent in there.
He pulled his legs from the table and grabbed for his radio..
"Night Ghost! do you copy?, I repeat, do you copy!?" William said loudly into the radio hoping he would get a response.
(Radio transmission also posted in Penetentiary.)

The radio hissed for a moment and then a voice came through.
"Damn Creed, don't scare me like that, I havn't checked yet. I needed to close the doors and ventilation system so no more can get in." the voice reported.
There was a pause for a several seconds.
"But as far as I can tell, they're are 3 of those things, and quite a few marine bodies scattered about. The count on the creatures, two prison guards and a marine, thats about it, or at least all I can see on these monitors." the voice finished.
Will thought for a moment.
"Damn. Night Ghost. You must be seeing remnants of some of the marines I sent in earlier. Listen.. I need you to get down to those bodies and collect the dog-tags, take those beasts down while your at it. Over." he finished.

"Roger that, Korlock out." the radio responds.
Will sat back in the chair resting his legs back onto the table taking another puff of his cigar blowing the large and thick cloud of smoke into the air.

Will woke up, he had fallen asleep on the chair with his legs still up on the table - lucky he had remembered to put his cigar out when the exhaustion hit him or he could be up in flames.
He got up from his seat and got suited up with all his gear he was going to check out the prison system, he had not heard back from Fei Korlock as of yet with his mission progress so Will decided to go looking for him.
He stormed out of the building and along the pathway to the Penetentiary.
(Post continued at Penetentiary.)

"Hhmm, Honduras...Good Taste" Valan smelt the snuffed out cigar. "I think some one has been here quite recently." Valan smiled as the floor was full of bullet ridden zombies. "It must be the trigger happy marine. Valan then sat at a computer which was still logged on. He started to read distress calls from the main land started just soon after the outbreak of the prison. "Esperar un minuto?" he then saw that some distress calls have come sporadically after that. "Survivors?" He sat up and looked out the window toward the main lands. "I think it's time to leave the marines to kill the zombies here."
